I don't only make truffles, though they're what has my interest captured at the moment. I've also made or tried these:
- fluted cups which hold a filling (like reese's peanut butter),
- marzipan rolls and sheets
- bark and bars (per cookie day)
- cocoa nib-laden tuiles (look like pringles)
