Welcome to the third web edition of EITD. Winter crept in through the windows, whiteness found its way by the wind to the virgin black backgrounds we're used to. Blame it on the cold; blame it on not getting out enough; blame it on the pixies.  A new face appears reflected in the ice-glazed window. The quietwhite of winter and the turning of the new year bring reflections of the paths we've taken, the fate of those resolutions, and visions of the new year. It's time.
